Its important to note that no disability is the same. The adaptations shown in this video were developed with my needs in mind, T12 incomplete paraplegic.

Velcro attached Gel cushion to avoid pressure sores
Foam play boat wedge with additional contouring to prevent foot slip past pedals and aid angle of foot
Paddle float to keep knees apart
Cord connecting paddle float and splash deck to enable safe capsize exit
